- Payment in full is due at the time of booking your event.
- There are no refunds on changes or cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event start date.
- A no show forfeits the full event amount. Refunds will not be issued for no shows due to weather or transport problems.
- All bookings purchased through special offers are non-refundable.
If we have to cancel the event due to Covid-19 or any other reason (e.g. medical), we are happy to transfer your booking to a future event or we will refund you the full amount paid.
